The Yoga, Ahimsa, Veganism Passion Pod brings together a vibrant community of yogis, advocates, and conscious seekers, united by the desire to embody Ahimsa — non-violence — in all aspects of life. Session 2: “The Vital Importance of Shifting from Vegetarian to Vegan” is a transformative gathering designed to explore how the principle of Ahimsa naturally extends beyond the mat into everyday choices, including diet, ethics, and environmental responsibility.
Join Anna Ferguson (Founder of Our Collective Heart, Co-Creator of World Peace Yoga, and Author of World Peace Yoga: Yoga for People Who Breathe) and Angel Honig (Integral Yoga Instructor & Teacher Trainer, World Peace Diet Facilitator, and lifelong advocate for peace and compassionate living) as they illuminate the ethical, spiritual, environmental, and health reasons for moving from vegetarianism to veganism.
