As part of our ongoing series on the Seven-Fold Path of Peace, this fourth module focuses on creating peace with the community, a timely and powerful theme in today’s world. 

In previous sessions, we’ve  journeyed through peace with the body, the mind, and the family. Now, we come together to reflect on how our vegan choices and compassionate communication can shape more harmonious relationships and a more peaceful society.

In this live one-hour session, you will explore:

  • How vegan living fosters respectful and healthy relationships
  • The importance of food in creating connection and shared purpose
  • The impact of conscious communication on community well-being
  • Spiritual and cultural insights that connect veganism to global transformation
