Anna Ferguson has been teaching yoga, meditation, and mindfulness for over 20 years. She's the founder of Our Collective Heart, co-creator of World Peace Yoga, and author of World Peace Yoga: Yoga for People Who Breathe. Passionate about community, compassionate living, and plant-based wellness, she inspires individuals to cultivate inner peace and personal growth.
