Ahimsa, Yoga, Veganism Passion Pod — The Yoga of Food
‘Ahimsa, Yoga, Veganism Passion Pod — The Yoga of Food’ was a reflective and inclusive session exploring food as an expression of nonviolence, self-awareness, and alignment with natural rhythms.
In this powerful session with Victoria Moran, we learn how food shapes not only the nourishment of the body but also conscious living. Our dietary choices can reflect compassion not just toward our own bodies, but toward animals and the larger ecosystem.
In this session, you’ll learn food as a living expression of ahimsa and conscious awareness, while understanding yoga as an ethical and holistic practice beyond physical movement. You will also reflect on dinacharya, balanced nourishment through the six tastes, doshas and individual variability in digestion, and how to create compassionate alignment between body, mind, and lifestyle.
It gently invites participants, wherever you are on your journey, to consider how conscious eating can become a compassionate and meaningful extension of their yoga practice.
