Exploring compassion as a lived practice, this session brought together voices from yoga and vegan communities to reflect on how ahimsa (nonviolence) can shape a more conscious and connected way of living.

Hosted by Mariquita Solis, and featuring insights from Anna Ferguson, Pod Leader of the Ahimsa, Yoga & Veganism Passion Pod, and Devi Daly—yoga teacher, author, and pioneer in yin yoga—the discussion wove together personal journeys, practical wisdom, and reflection, highlighting the connection between inner healing, mindful living, and ethical choices.

Participants also engaged in a brief guided practice and meaningful dialogue on compassion, interconnectedness, and leading with empathy in everyday life.
